Kids Camp: Summer Lovin' From the Oven

School's out, summer's hot, and cooking is cool. Discover how to prepare classic kid-friendly foods while learning valuable kitchen skills to last a lifetime.

(Although the menus for both Kids and Teens are identical, each camp is individually designed to teach age appropriate cooking skills in a suitable time-frame.)

DAY 1 - Kid Classics: Loaded Baked Potato Soup; Crispy Chicken Tenders; Beef Shish Kebabs; Chocolate Cobbler.
DAY 2 - Surf n' Turf: Bacon-Wrapped Barbecued Shrimp; Grilled Flat-Iron Steaks with Honey Mustard Glaze; Potatoes au Gratin; Caramel Blondies.
DAY 3 - Italy, France, and American Pie: Mini Calzones; Fettuccine Alfredo; Chicken Cordon Bleu; Peanut Butter Pie with Chocolate Ganache.
DAY 4 - A Taste of Asia: Fried Rice; Beef Lo Mein; Chinese Barbecued Spare Ribs; Pillow Cookies.
DAY 5 - A Oui Bit French: French Onion Soup; Croque-Monsieur (Fancy French Grilled Ham and Cheese Sandwich); Crispy Veggies; Slab Pie.

Ages 7 to 12.

 



Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)
