Daily Grind: Turn your Kitchen into a Modern Grist Mill

Grind your own whole grains to bake amazing breads and goodies right at home.  Using a Nutri-Mill, learn how to create homemade flours, gluten-free blends, and mixes.  Also, sample the Alaska Flour Company's Sunshine Barley flour, grown and milled in Delta and developed at the University of Alaska Fairbanks.  Each student will leave with a mini loaf and homemade pancake mix.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older.
