CIA on Location: World Cuisine Boot Camp (Atlanta, GA)

Take a taste of the world! In this Boot Camp, you'll embark on an exciting exploration of flavors, ingredients, and dishes from around the globe, from the Old World and the Mediterranean to Asia and the Americas. On the final day, you'll revisit each of these regions, this time focusing on flavorful street foods - one of today's hottest trends.

Join us in Atlanta, GA for this exclusive culinary program hosted at the well-appointed Viking Store. CIA Chef Mark Ainsworth will introduce you to the cooking methods, exotic ingredients, flavor profiles, and special equipment used in the preparation of various cuisines. Then it's off to the kitchens, where you'll prepare a variety of dishes highlighting unique global flavors. On the final day, you'll revisit each of these regions, this time focusing on flavorful street foods - one of today's hottest trends.

About Your Chef-Instructor
Gold medal winner and CIA graduate Mark Ainsworth has cooked for establishments as diverse as Le Bernardin in New York, Clipper Cruise Lines, and the Hotel Bayerischer Hof in Munich. He is the author of Kitchen Pro Series: Guide to Fish and Seafood.
