Bring some excitement into your next gathering! We will teach you a simple approach to planning a memorable event of your own. Make a lasting impression with your friends when you arrive at their party with a fantastic culinary delight! Tapas..... (TAH-pahs) Small bites or appetizer size portions that are very popular throughout Spain. This dining style has become enormously popular world wide. In class, your instructor will focus on tapas served chilled or at room temperature. Many items which can be prepared well in advance of your gathering so you can relax & enjoy your guests. You will receive numerous recipes, variations & direction in addition to the recipes that you will prepare in class. Curried Chicken on Pineapple, Rattatouille Tartlets, Goat Cheese Crostini, Ham & Dijon Pinwheels, Tomato Basil Bruschetta.
Must be 21 or older.
