Or pick up some store-bought corned beef and we'll show you how to make it sing "When Irish Eyes Are Smiling." Our in-house baking expert shares his Whole Wheat Oatmeal Soda Bread recipe that we guarantee you will make all year long, and Colcannon Kale Cakes are a traditional and party-friendly accompaniment to juicy corned beef and Spicy Homemade Guinness Mustard. For dessert, tip your party hats to our deep dark Chocolate Stout Cupcakes, and make an Irish toast with our once secret old Irish recipe for Irish Coffee "Jelly" which makes great Shooters.

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES: Learn how easy, rewarding and economical it is to cure your own beef in a salt and spice brine (10 days--we cure some ahead for the class) or learn how to transform store-bought corned beef into something very special indeed. Take home an easy and healthful Irish soda bread recipe made with whole wheat and oatmeal, make your own Guinness Mustard, learn a delicious take on mashed potatoes and kale (Colcannon Cakes), bake up some dark chocolate cupcakes with Guinness Stout Beer, and give your friends and family a laugh with Irish Coffee Jelly!
