French Quarter Fare

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES: Making Cajun and Creole classics; preparing perfect jambalaya; cooking shrimp to perfection; crusting and pan-frying crispy oysters; making a popular New Orleans-style sauce; making bite size pie poppers.



Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol. Bringing alcohol to class is prohibited due to state liquor laws and other restrictions.)

Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.
