"Go West!" Inspired by The High Museum Exhibition

The "Go West! Art of the America Frontier from the Buffalo Bill Center of the West" exhibition at the High Museum of Art is the inspiration for this menu, consisting of ingredients greatly influenced by the old country. From the Cowboy Cut Ribeye Steak grilled on the flatiron to the Warm Cherry Cobbler with Vanilla Ice Cream, this class is a taste of the spirit of independence, innovation and individualism of that time period.
