Each year, Italian families gather on Christmas Eve to feast upon “The Seven Fishes”: fish, shrimp, scallops, crab and other treasures from the sea. There is only one rule that must be observed in this dazzling, multicourse meal – no meat. Join us in preparing and then indulging in our elaborate Italian banquet.
SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Identifying and selecting fresh seafood; cooking shrimp, scallops, calamari and clams perfectly every time; working with fresh crabmeat; stuffing fish; cooking fish to perfection.
Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.
