Cooking Light

Eating should be joyful, not fraught with feelings of deprivation. In this healthful workshop, you?ll prepare delicious, nutritious recipes that help you live fit, feel good and look great. A complete nutritional analysis prepared by a registered dietician is included for all recipes.

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Crusting and sautéing fish; making sauce; stir-frying/wok-cooking; making healthful sorbet.
