Eating should be joyful, not fraught with feelings of deprivation. In this healthful workshop, you’ll prepare delicious, nutritious recipes that help you live fit, feel good and look great. A complete nutritional analysis prepared by a registered dietician is included for all recipes.

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Crusting and sautéing fish; making sauce; stir-frying/wok-cooking; making healthful sorbet.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)
