We all know it’s good for us - and there are plenty of affordable choices - so liven up your weeknight repertoire with these internationally inspired fish dishes. With Asian, Italian and Latin American influences, these recipes are easy to prepare any night of the week yet impressive enough to serve at any dinner party.

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Learning to select and store fresh fish; marinating, grilling and broiling fish; pan-searing fish; stewing fish and shellfish; working with sushi-grade fish; cleaning and cooking shellfish; preparing mussels and clams; making a simple sauce; making cabbage salad; learning to make sustainable seafood choices.

Age Requirements: Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)
