Homemade Soups Workshop

Perfectly prepared soups start with some basic classical French techniques – and a little bit of love. Learn chefs’ secrets for taking shortcuts without sacrificing quality. Then learn to garnish soups like a pro, elevating your soups to a whole new level.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.
