Teens One-Day Culinary Basics

Teens begin a lifetime of culinary adventures with just four hours of fundamentals. Students start the day with kitchen safety, sanitation and knife skills. Then they get hands-on experience grilling, saut¿ing, and making soups, stocks and souffl¿s. Wow!
 
Ages 12-15.



Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)

Consuming raw or uncooked shellfish and meats may increase your risk of food-borne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.
