Moroccan Feast

Moroccan food is the latest culinary rage for adventure-seeking “foodies.” Favorites include trendy tagines of slow-cooked meats and fish and Morocco’s most beloved dish, couscous. Sip on Moroccan mint tea while you learn the authentic cooking techniques of this mysterious and sensual cuisine.

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Cooking with traditional Moroccan ingredients; stewing beef and vegetables; working with phyllo; braising chicken for ultimate flavor and tenderness; working with lamb; cooking in a tagine.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)
