This class focuses on slow-cooking techniques for savory cold-weather dishes. Kathleen Sanderson has assembled a menu using a wide variety of flavors that will satisfy your family during the coldest winter evenings.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)
