In a time where mediocrity is the acceptable standard a challenge is placed; a challenge to accept only the best. There are so many options and styles, recipes and claims to fame how do you choose? Students will explore the avenue of prime beef and other Ruth’s Chris best’s, as well as several of Chef Enfinger’s favorite summer recipes in a relaxed patio atmosphere.
