“If you love what you do, then what you do doesn’t feel like work” is a motto that Chef Shawn-Michael Fair lives by. Shawn is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University with a degree in Culinary Arts as well as a Graduate of Fairliegh Dickinson University with a B.A in Hospitality Management. He is also currently working on a M.A. in the same field with FDU. Shawn just completed a two year stint as F&B Shift Manager with Harrah’s Resort be transferring back to his true passion, Culinary Arts and joining the Viking Cooking School Program. He completed a 3 month stint in Ireland during his culinary training and worked under Master Chef Kevin Dundon and his Dunbrody Country House Hotel and Restaurant where he won the Best Appetizer in Ireland award given by Jamieson Tour Guide. Chef Shawn has successfully worked for multiple restaurants in the South Jersey area and opened 4 eateries including Scaturro’s Restaurant and Bar.
