Riki Senn

Chef

A 25 year veteran of the culinary industry, Riki has worn many toques throughout her career. In addition to being chef and partner in two restaurants, she worked for several years as a research and development chef for a restaurant development company.

In 2003 Riki joined the Viking Cooking School team where she assists with operations for the schools and creates, writes and edits curriculum for the Viking Cooking School locations throughout the United States.  In addition to her responsibilities at Viking, Riki is a member of the Board of Directors for the International Association of Culinary Professionals.
