We are pleased to share the attached article, "Great Ranges",  from this month’s Good Housekeeping magazine in which the  Viking Professional 30" gas self-clean range is featured as the winner in the luxury category for gas ranges. The Good Housekeeping Research Institute tested 20 range models and featured six as the best in their respective categories.  Tests included how long it took water to boil, how evenly burners heated, how evenly ovens baked cakes and cookies,  and how well broilers browned steaks and toasted bread. They also assessed ease-of-use such as controls, handles, oven visibility, surface temps, cleanup and instruction manuals.
