In preparation for the Viking Mobile Showroom to arrive in your market, we have created the following emails and printed invitations to send to your customers.

Please click on the links below to download the invitation template working files. These files are Adobe InDesign and Photoshop files for you to customize specifically for your event.

There are two versions of each invitation. One version is for general information and the other allows more area to describe details if you are having a special guest, additional attractions, or special incentive.

  • Once you customize the template, it can be emailed to your invitation list.
• Printed Letter
• Printer Letter with Additional Area
  • This 8.5" x 11" version allows you to mail at letter rate either as a tri fold or folded and inserted into a standard envelope.
• Postcard
• Postcard with Additional Area
  • This 4-1/4" x 6" version allows you to mail at postcard rate.
• Large Postcard
• Large Postcard with Additional Area
  • This 6-1/8" x 11-1/2" version allows you to mail at letter rate as a flat mailed piece.

We have designed this invitation to be consistent with the design of the Viking Mobile Showroom and all other collateral and promotional material.
