This crispy, crunchy sweet and spicy bacon is absolutely addictive. It is delicious served on salads, sandwiches - or all by itself! If you don’t care for it hot and spicy, simply omit the cayenne.
Arrange the strips of bacon side-by-side on the oiled rack. Sprinkle evenly with the cayenne pepper, black pepper and brown sugar. Place in the preheated oven, and cook until brown and crisp, approximately 20 minutes; rotate the pan as needed to cook evenly.
