Employers are selected based on a combination of employee surveys and responses regarding the organization's culture, encompassing company policies, best practices, and benefits. Anonymous surveys submitted by employees comprise a comprehensive set of questions evaluating eight key areas: leadership and planning, culture and communication, role satisfaction, working environment, relationship with supervisors, training and development, compensation and benefits, and overall job satisfaction.
