Viking Featured in Design Chicago with Iron Chef Stephanie Izard
Viking was featured in Design Chicago's September Issue showing Iron Chef Stephanie Izard's collaboration with Middleby Residential. To create her test kitchen and studio, she wanted to use Viking Range just like what she had in her home kitchen. She partnered with the brand's executive chef, brand ambassador, and designer of the Middleby Residential Showrooms, Chef Jaime Laurita for the inspiration for the space. She also met with Alice Benjamin who is an interior designer. With the help of these two and Viking, she was able to have a perfect culinary space that included a Viking Induction Cooktop, Viking French Door Single Oven, Viking Rear Downdraft and a Viking Beverage Center.
