• Mushrooms (Sliced, roasted and cooled)
• One Medium Onion (Chopped, roasted and cooled)
• Olive Oil
• Salt and Pepper
• Poached Garlic (optional)
• Prosciutto (4-6 slices)
• Mozzarella (Smoked if available)
• Fresh Chopped Parsley
