Sensational Salads

A salad supper is perfect when entertaining during the summer months. Offer your guests something cool to drink and then impress them with a selection of flavorful salads from this month's easy menu. Green Gazpacho with a bevy of garnishes is a cool way to start the meal. Chinese Chicken Salad, with a creamy dressing and loads of crunch, is a flavorful contrast to White Bean, Arugula and Shrimp Salad or Green Bean Salad with Bacon and Walnuts. Finish the menu with Oatmeal Chocolate Tarts, which are dense and crumbly and perfect with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
