Abdel Tarchid
Viking Range, LLC, the leader in residential kitchen technology, has named Abdel Tarchid as the 2020 Second Quarter Designer of Distinction. Abdel is Architect/Designer and showroom manager at Scavolini Store Brooklyn
and is the second quarterly winner in the 2020 Viking Kitchen Design Competition. Designers from around the United States are vying for the coveted honor to become the 2020 Viking Designer of the Year.

The renovation of this one family townhome located in Brooklyn Heights, New York was one of the most important projects for me personally. The 50 Hicks residence is probably one of the most elegant and luxurious residences in the area, the kitchen spans the home’s full width, centered around an appliance integrated oversized marble island, and adorned with none other than a Viking Tuscany Range. Combining classic Italian styling with Viking’s award winning top-of-the-line performance, it’s no exaggeration to say that The Viking Tuscany range is the pinnacle of culinary expression. Italian-made Scavolini cabinetry line the walls above marble countertops, opposite wall-to-wall windows extending out to your home’s outdoor recreation and entertainment area.
