California Beer and Cheese Pairing

Over the last two decades brewers and cheese makers alike have sprung up through out California creating superior products that have gained national attention. In this class we will discuss how beer and cheese are made, taste and pair together. Cheeses from Cowgirl Creamery, Redwood Hill Creamery and beer from Stone Brewing Company, Bear Republic, as well as many others will be sampled

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)
