School's out, summer's hot, and cooking is cool. Discover how to prepare classic kid-friendly foods while learning valuable kitchen skills to last a lifetime.

DAY 1 - England: Cheddar Bacon Dip with Toasts; Fish and Chips; Sugar Peas; Strawberry Fool
DAY 2 - Italy: Pasta with Hand-Rolled Meatballs and Easy Tomato Sauce; Italian Green Beans; Parmesan Garlic Bread; Chocolate Biscotti Pie with Caramel Sauce
DAY 3 - China: Egg Drop Soup; Vegetable Egg Rolls; Chinese-Style Roasted Chicken; Easy Fried Rice
DAY 4 - Mexico: Easy Chicken and Cheese Enchiladas; Mexican Rice; Chocolate Chip Mexican Wedding Cakes

Ages 7 to 12.

 



Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)
