School's out, summer's hot, and cooking is cool. Discover how to prepare classic kid-friendly foods while learning valuable kitchen skills to last a lifetime.

DAY 1 - Smoked Hero Sandwiches, French Fries, Grilled Corn on the Cob, MS Mud Pie
DAY 2 - Pizza, Wings, Cheesy Bread, Fruit Pizzas
DAY 3 - Croque Madame, Cheese Grits, Maple Sausage, Chantilly Cream Cake
DAY 4 - Cheese Ravioli, Foccocia, Caesar Salad, Chocolate Tarts

Ages 7 to 12.

 



Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)

Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.
