Restaurant Desserts: Plating and Presentation

Put a personal touch on the dessert course at your next dinner party or celebration using tips from a professional pastry chef. You will learn how to bake delicious dessert components, put sauce on a plate, and use various textures in a finished dish. Your desserts will look like they came from an upscale restaurant and your guests will remember the event for a long time to come!

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)
