The Art of French Baking

In this extensive new series, you will discover the world of French Baking with Pastry Chef, Katy Monti. Over the four-week series, you will make breads, sauces, cookies, classic French pastries and more. The recipes and techniques learned will help improve your overall baking skills significantly. This is a great opportunity to master the classics.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)
