Make it Tonight with "Fine Cooking" Magazine

Just 30 minutes to dinner, start to finish. That is the promise from "Fine Cooking" magazine's fast and fresh approach to creative, economical, enjoyable cooking. In this 90 minute hands-on class, students learn valuable tips and the proper techniques for cooking fish, poultry, vegetables and a decadent chocolate dessert - all designed to "bring out the cook in you." Upon completion of this special class designed by "Fine Cooking," students receive a current issue of the magazine along with a $10 discount off a 1-year subscription.

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Using pantry ingredients creatively; prepping, marinating and broiling fish; testing fish for doneness; using Asian ingredients; prepping vegetables; slicing, dredging and saut¿ing chicken; testing chicken for doneness; tempering eggs; making custard.



Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)
