Viking Classics III: Roasting and Baking

Roasting and baking are effortless cooking methods which allow foods to develop richly complex flavors and aromas. See how using dry heat in the correct temperature range for the proper length of time can produce rich, beautifully browned foods and tender, evenly cooked dishes every time.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)
