Viking Classics V: Grilling and Broiling
Keep it hot, keep it clean, and keep it oiled. Learn what this means and more in our grilling and broiling technique-intensive workshop. Create juicy, tender cuts of meat, fish and chicken adorned with crusty cross-hatch grill marks - all cooked to perfection. Also, discover basic broiling methods for distinctly flavorful and beautifully browned dishes. Two quick and easy, naturally healthful, decidedly delicious cooking techniques.
Grilling classes may be conducted either indoors or outdoors, depending upon the weather and the individual teaching kitchen facility. All recipes are adaptable and user-friendly for indoor/outdoor cooking. Consult your local store for details.
Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)
