Gumbo Workshop
Come test your Cajun and Creole gumbo skills at the Viking Cooking School Outdoors! Our chefs will walk you through three different traditional Cajun and Creole gumbos including some tips on different rouxs, the Trinity, stocks and sides. This class is sure to warm your heart and fuel your soul with authentic Louisiana cuisine.
Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older.
