Beer + Food: Cooking with Wasatch /Squatters Beer

Come and join Chef, Katy Monti and special guest Wasatch/Squatters Brewer, Adam Curfew for this hands-on cooking class featuring recipes that use beer! Every dish prepared will use a different beer from the Wasatch/Squatters line-up. There will be discussion on how to use beer as an ingredient and all recipes will be tasted at the end of class. Must be 21 or older to attend.



Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)
