Viking was recently featured in an article in Good Housekeeping entitled "8 Best Carbon Steel Skillets of 2022 for Every Home Cook." The judges are from the Good Housekeeping Institute Kitchen Appliances and Innovation Labs. They are responsible for testing all types of cookware, and for this specific award, they tested 15 carbon steel skillets.

The Viking Blue Steel 10-Inch Fry Pan was named the best pre-seasoned carbon steel skillet.
