Around the World with Viking University
You have learned the basics and then some with Viking University 1 & 2. Now take your skills to the next level and travel the world working with regional favorites. In this series, you will get a taste of 4 international cuisines while enhancing your skills and techniques. Week 5 will focus on international "Small Plates," but with an add-in of wine pairings and tasting. Week 6 is our "Show us what you can do" week where you will work with your team to create your own menu from start to finish; presenting it for evaluation. Our goal for you when completed with this series is that you will feel like an expert in the flavors of the world!
