Tapas and Paella

Paella is a sophisticated, opulent amalgam of ingredients and flavors - without question the ultimate one-dish meal. We’ve paired seafood paella with three of the most popular tapas in Spain, along with an outlandishly good recipe for flan with a kiss of orange.

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Learning the art and craft of the perfect paella; cooking shrimp, clams and mussels; making fail-proof custard; caramelizing sugar.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)

Consuming raw or uncooked shellfish and meats may increase your risk of food-borne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.
