Day 1: Queso Dip with Chips, Tex-Mex "Lasagna", Mexicali Corn, Tres Leches Cake, Chunky Guacamole

Day 2: Saut¿eed Breast of Chicken Stuffed with Fresh Herbs and Mozerella, Basamati Rice, Green Beans with Caramelized Shallot Vinaigrette, Individual Chocolate Souffl¿s

Day 3: Bacon-Wrapped Barbecued Shrimp; Grilled Flat-Iron Steaks with Honey Mustard Glaze, Potatoes au Gratin, Mississippi Mud Ice Cream Pie

Day 4: Mini Shrimp Tacos with Grilled Corn Avocado Salsa, Pork Tenderloin with Plums on Tiny Herb Biscuits, Roasted Yukon Gold Potato Salad with Tomatoes and Bacon, Bite-Sized Peach Pies



Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)
