Day 1: Cheesy Catfish; Cauliflower Mash; Italian Green Beans; Warm Chocolate Tarts
Day 2: Fried Rice; Beef Lo Mein; Chinese Barbecued Spare Ribs; Pillow Cookies
Day 3: Grandma Rosabella's Chicken Parmesan; Pasta Aglio e Olio (with garlic and olive oil); Homemade Waffle Cones; Chocolate Gelato
Day 4: Grilled Chicken Sandwiches with Homemade Mayonnaise; Tortellini Salad with Caesar Dressing; Fudgey Brownies
Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)
