Wasatch Beer + Cheese
Come join Wasatch / Squatters brewer, Adam David Curfew, in a guided tasting of their impressive line-up of beers paired with unique cheeses hand-picked by Viking Cooking School Chef Instructor, Katy Monti. Explore the numerous styles of beer that Wasatch and Squatters produce and experience the relationship of beer and cheese together. This will be a fun, casual and lively discussion of each beer and cheese pairing.
Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)
