Chocolate Truffle Workshop
Come and join Pastry Chef, Katy Monti to perfect the art of making chocolate truffles. You will learn how to properly mix ganache, the soft chocolate center of a truffle, and how to temper chocolate using two different methods to achieve sucess. By the end of this class you will be more confident working with chocolate.
Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older.
