Advanced Culinary Series-Week Four

This is a series designed for those who would like to learn advanced cooking techniques as well as wine pairing with meals. This series is about creating a beautiful meal from start to finish, beginning with an appetizer, main, seconds and dessert with presentation ideas to present a feast for the eyes as well as the palate! Come join Chef Shaun for six weeks of learning and fun!

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)
