Simple Weeknight Dinners
As a new bride or someone just beginning to cook the challenge of preparing yummy, healthful, and budget-friendly dinners can be, well, a challenge. In this class students will learn how to prepare a variety of dinners using classic cooking methods. The class will also address good weekly shopping habits, proper food storage, and how to keep you dinner-hours interesting.
Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)
Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.
