New England Clambake

Nothing conjures up summer in New England more than a clambake! In this class we will make a summer feast that includes a stovetop clambake as well as New England style chowder and fried clam cakes. Besides indulging in this delicious meal, you will learn some fun techniques such as steaming and how to properly prepare lobster.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)

Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.
