Viking Classics IV: Saut¿ing, Frying and Stir-Frying

Ready to overcome your fear of frying? Although the term may conjure up images of greasy French fries and heavily breaded chicken tenders, there are healthful cooking techniques for this quick cooking method. We'll teach you all about the "good fats" and the proper techniques for keeping the foods crisp on the outside, tender on the inside. Never again will your dishes become soggy or laden with oil. Sauteed, stir-fried or pan-fried, we'll take the fear out of frying in just one class.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)
