Advanced Viking Classics III: Grain, Potato, Pasta and Rice Cookery

Knowledge of proper classical cooking technique is essential for preparing quality potato and grain dishes. It's simple once you understand a few tried-and-true methods. Learn to make smooth, creamy risotto and polenta, cook a perfect pot of pasta, roast sweet potatoes to crisp, caramelized fries, and prepare the fluffiest rice and couscous. Once you master the basic techniques, the possibilities for creating exciting potato and grain dishes are endless.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)
