Advanced Viking Classics IV: Poultry Cookery

Chicken has been called the world's favorite food to prepare at home, and turkey always tops the list of favorite sandwiches. In this technique-intensive workshop featuring chicken, turkey, quail and duck dishes, learn how to handle and prepare poultry safely. From robustly flavored slow braises to zesty quick saut¿s, you'll learn all the fundamentals for cooking various types of poultry to perfection.
Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)
