Farm to Table Lunch with the Red Stick Farmers Market

Farm to Table dining is a popular trend in the culinary community as it brings people back to their roots and connects them with fresh, local and seasonal foods.  The Viking Cooking School Outdoors will host a Farm to Table Lunch that will include shopping at the Red Stick Farmers Market.  We'll meet at the Viking Cooking School Outdoors, break into teams, take a shuttle over to the market, plan our menus and shop, then return to the school to cook our meals straight from the farmers  You get to use your creativity along with guidance from the Viking Chefs to create an amazing lunch! Tuition includes $20 per person to shop at the market.

Recipes are totally up to you and your team depending on products purchased at the market.



Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older.
